Pneumatic membrane lining plastic corrugated pipe regulating valve isthe execution units in the automation instrument system,installed onthe medium pipeline,with other instrument,control parameters suchas flow.Contact with liquid in the valve body wall and components arelining F46 or F4 fluorine plastic stem seal adopts double sealing structure,corrugated pipe and packing to make better safety and reliability.Besideshas a reliable sealing performance,resistant to almost all chemicalmedium(including concentrated sulfuric acid and aqua regia)corrosion,appropriate control of virulent and precious,volatile and permeability ofmedia,widely used in chemical,petroleum,metallurgy,medicine,lighttextile industry automation device.
The structure and working principle
Pneumatic membrane lining fluoride bellows valve is a kind of anti-corrosion through single-seat regulating valve,it is composed of ZJHpneumatic precision small film actuators and two major part is regulatingvalve components,as shown in figure 1.Actuators and DCS controlcomponent of the output signal,gas supply pressure on the diaphragm,the spring compression,push or pull actuators push rod and the valvecore to move up and down,and transform the annular clearance of thevalve core and valve seat area,regulate traffic,to achieve the purpose ofto adjust the process.Components inside the bonnet of the valve body isequipped with bellows components,the lower the top of the valve coreand ptfe bellows seal connections,corrugated pipe on the upper valvebody,valve cover,bolt,nut sealing connection.In this way,the bellowsdielectric isolation with the outside world,to ensure the seal,and valvedisc up and down movement is flexible,thus shows the characteristics ofbellows seal.

The valve stem,valve core:2 cr13,of PTFE valve core with fluorine plasticlining;PTFE bellows,packing:PTFE.
