Fluorine-lined diaphragm valve is a special type of valve with truncation function. Structural characteristics
1. The composite diaphragm valve separates the inner cavity of the valve body from the inner cavity of the valve cover and forms a direct current channel with it, so that the inner parts of the valve stem and disc on the upper part of the diaphragm are completely isolated from the medium, thus eliminating the packing sealing structure, and the leakage and leakage of the medium can be avoided simultaneously.
2. Valves with Teflon fluoroplastics lining using FEP (Teflon) fluoroplastics and rubber composite diaphragm are suitable for various strong corrosive media other than "molten alkali metal, elemental fluorine".
3. As an actuator, diaphragm is prone to fatigue fracture due to frequent opening and closing. It should be replaced periodically according to the working conditions and the characteristics of the medium.
